Can I enjoy the new Thor movie if I don't read comics?

I've never read a comic book and I enjoy most superhero movies. Batman, The Dark Knight, Spider-Man 1-3 and Superman are among the best superhero flicks ever and I've never even thought about picking up a comic. The ones I don't like (Ghost Rider, Fantastic 4, Hulk) I do not like on the basis that they are just bad movies. Thor looks good and I think you'll do fine.
