Would be this violation?

I made a "goodbye Stargate" video... I used most of the soundtracks that are not licensed on YouTube, but at the end I made a "sad" moment, with music in the background from Black Eyed Peas - Just can't get enough, I took that part of the song where Fergie is singing, which is like 20 seconds of the song (licensed material). Would that video get removed? Am I making a big violation? Should I delete that part of the video?
