Do I need a vendors license or any other license for a 3 day outdoor event in the state of Colorado?

We are attending a Jamboree in July and every year that we attend there are never enough places to get a drink so our solution was to have a spot specifically for drinks. None of them will have to be made, everything will be prepackaged so I am uncertain of what we need to get this in the works. Thanks :o)
