Can someone please help m on how to add pokemon white version to the action replay manually?

I want to add pokemon white to the action replay manually becuase my computer wont read my USB device so i need to add it manually instead.I know that you have to add the game ID but when i add the game,as well as some codes,the game freezes when i start the game.please help me!
