Which of these sci-fi/supernatural shows is best?

Doctor Who (the current version) it was not cancelled. I am not sure what you mean. They have seasons 1-5 one Netflix and season 6 in currently airing on BBC America. It is a very fun show, for sci-fi fans and has a sense of humor. I also love Torchwood which is the more adult spin-off of Doctor Who. By more adult I mean if it was a movie it wouldn't be PG like Doctor Who would be, but nothing crazy (swearing, sexual situations, including same-sex relationships).
