What is the name of the ACU military vest that covers the shoulders.?

hello, i've been trying to find out the name of the ACU military vest that has shoulder padding. It looks like the bomb suit vest but its for regular infantry. Its been shown on Stargate universe if anyone has seen the show. I'm looking in particular for the vest with the shoulders, i find it looks more better on ACU loadouts thanks for the help
