Is it a good idea to be an accounting major who is pre med?

I am a current high school Junior, and I am seriously considering becoming a doctor. I am sure that I want to go pre med, but I am a bit uncertain over my major. I LOVE math so I am thinking about doing accounting. I also think accounting would be a good major because if I do change my mind and do not want to become a doctor, I can become an accountant, which is a very good job. What do you think?
