Anyway to catch Arceus in Pokemon Diamond non cheats?

I was surprised that I just caught and found a Girtina and I was like hey maybe I can catch Arceus without any Action Replay as well since I don't even know how to use that even if my life depended on it. Because I thought you needed to cheat to catch Girtina but I was wrong and so anyway I can catch Arceus without cheating?
